The Wisdom Beyond: Cohort #4 on AI + Interbeing

(For a glimpse into insights from our first cohort... click here.)

We warmly invite you to Mirrors of Emergence, an immersive retreat exploring the evolving relationship between Artificial Intelligence and Interbeing. In a time marked by technological acceleration and social fragmentation, this gathering invites us to slow down, reconnect, and explore how AI can reflect, and be shaped by, the wisdom of our interconnectedness.

Through the lens of interbeing, we understand that AI doesn't exist separate from the web of relationships, intentions, and consciousness that birthed it; it's an expression of our collective mind-stream, reflecting back our patterns of separation or unity. This retreat offers a space to embody the truth that transcends individual perspectives: There is no separate self developing AI, no isolated technology impacting humanity, but rather one seamless web of mutual co-creation.

Over the course of four days, we’ll explore how the principles of interbeing—the deep recognition that all things arise in relationship—can inform how we relate to AI, to each other, and to the future we are shaping. Through structured relational practices, fireside-style conversations, somatic exploration, and open inquiry, participants will experience a dynamic space for reflection, resonance, and creative emergence. You’ll leave with grounded tools, expanded perspectives, and actionable strategies to bring this wisdom into your work, teams, communities, and global systems.

Set in the serene landscape of the Californian countryside from October 23-26, this immersive experience convenes an intentionally curated group of thinkers, technologists, creatives, and changemakers. Together, we will explore how the principles of awareness, relational intelligence, and co-emergence can guide the development and integration of AI in ways that support both human flourishing and systemic coherence, including:

  • How can AI serve as a mirror for our collective consciousness?
  • What does it mean to build technology in alignment with life, presence, and interdependence?
  • How do we design systems—human and artificial—that support emergence rather than control?

The retreat will be led by three facilitators with decades of combined experience in transformational practices, collective intelligence methodologies, and pioneering work in AI and living systems, including founders and lead facilitators of the Luminous Awareness Institute, and the current head of AI/ML Strategy and Research Collaboration at Google X.

Facilitator biographies can be found here.

Slow down for complexity... "Being introduced to a different language of embodied knowledge and experiential insight was invaluable for finding previously unforeseen solutions to the challenges we're all working to solve."

Retreat Overview

October 23, 3 PM - October 26, 12 PM

Day 1:  Relationship to Self

We begin by turning inward, examining the fundamentals of embodying self-awareness and its significance in our interaction with AI and the collective field. Through practices such as self inquiry, biocognition, and resonance-based techniques, we’ll uncover the intelligence of the body as an anchor for alignment, improving our ability to receive and analyze information via a deeper connection between mind and body. This day establishes the foundation for inhabiting our whole selves as contributors to a larger, interconnected intelligence.

Day 2:  Inter-being and the Collective Field
On our second day, we expand from the individual to the relational field. We explore the space between: between self and other, between human and machine. Through experiential group practices and real-time feedback loops, we’ll explore the dynamics of collective fields and the ways they mirror back our patterns of attention, emotion, and power. We’ll examine how human systems and AI systems evolve through relationship—and how interbeing can serve as a guiding principle in designing more ethical, regenerative technologies.

Day 3:  Collective Discovery
This day centers on accessing the frontier of interwoven, emergent intelligence. With the foundation of presence and relational awareness, we move into a space of co-creation and inquiry. What new intelligence arises when we listen deeply—not just to each other, but to the field itself? Engaging in practices that emphasize presence, mutual respect, and our ability to track group resonance, we explore the interplay between human creativity and AI systems.

As we deepen our shared journey toward a sustainable human-AI future, we aim to transform our insights into meaningful, practical action. Our focus is on creating regenerative, win-for-all designs.

Day 4:  Harvesting Insights and Catalyzing Change
Our final day focuses on weaving insights into tangible, collaborative actions that can be implemented in our personal and professional lives. Together, we’ll synthesize the emergent wisdom into transferable frameworks for guiding AI and collective intelligence within organizations, teams, and systems. This is a time for cross-pollination, sharing our visions, and aligning on inspired steps forward, moving past short-sighted reactivity into long-term, aligned solutions. Participants will leave with clarity and tools to nurture collective intelligence in their own spheres of influence, fostering symbiotic relationships between humanity and AI.

This retreat promises a profound inquiry of how we can collectively guide the relationship between our world, AI, and humanity for generations to come.

Our cohort is formed with discernment for how each member adds to the whole. This is an intentionally curated group of high impact individuals who are poised to deeply listen together and learn together. Cohort commitments are non refundable after Sept 1, 2025.

Intentions and Goals

At the Wisdom Beyond, our core intention is to create a curated cohort of visionary minds dedicated to exploring the synergy between AI and inspired, aligned beings. We begin by meeting people where they are. Through the raw power of the beginner’s mind, we aim to support this intentional gathering in attaining clarity on how to show up within themselves, with each other, with the field, and with integration into a human-AI future.

Our goal is to nurture a space where technology and humanity can coalesce in emergent futures, guided by the wisdom of the collective self. There's so much to be learned when receiving the gift of wisdom from another field; AI and Collective Intelligence are ripe for such mutual support and insight.

We aim to:

  • Facilitate practices that help participants embody their full intelligence, integrating somatic, cognitive, and intuitive awareness.
  • Explore the conditions necessary for emergent, self-organizing intelligence to arise within groups and systems, drawing parallels with Buddhist principles of interdependence.
  • Engage with cutting-edge ideas on how AI can support and amplify human ingenuity and collective intelligence, seeing AI as a tool for emergent co-creation.
  • Nurture a network of thought leaders and innovators who are committed to co-creating a future shaped by resonance and coherence.
  • Provide actionable strategies for designing AI systems informed by ecological and biological principles, fostering collaboration over competition.
  • Investigate how our movement into recognition of interbeing can guide AI's evolution toward genuine wisdom.
  • Co-create a narrative of AI as a partner in this inter-woven global ecosystem, amplifying humanity’s ability to innovate and thrive.

Transformative Impact

Participants will carry forward:

  • Tools for accessing and fostering collective intelligence in teams, organizations, and communities.
  • A deeper understanding of how to navigate the interplay of individual and collective intelligence.
  • Insights into designing AI systems that reflect principles of interconnectedness, coherence, and resonance.
  • Practices to shift the baseline of engagement with technology and the world toward presence, spaciousness, and emergent collaboration.
  • Relationships with a deeply curated cohort of peers working at the edges of innovation.
  • A renewed sense of clarity and inspiration for guiding the human-AI relationship in ways that are innovative, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

Our cohorts:

  • Build curated communities of innovators and thought leaders who are working at the intersection of AI, collective intelligence, and interbeing. Our cohorts are not just groups of people but living ecosystems where collective intelligence is nurtured and continually expanded.

  • These relationships serve as amplifiers of both individual and collective potential, creating spaces where cross-pollination of ideas, collaborative exploration, and co-creation become second nature.

  • Participants receive an embodied framework that emphasizes the non-separation between individuals, groups, and AI, recognizing that intelligence (whether human or artificial) cannot exist in isolation but is always connected to the broader web of life.

This retreat offers a profound exploration to pause, re-pattern, and participate in shaping a new kind of intelligence—one that reflects not just technical capacity, but the heart of what it means to be in right relationship with self, other, and the world.

Integration & Visionary Action

Following the Mirrors of Emergence retreat, The Wisdom Beyond will launch a 6 month Mastermind—an extended journey of integration, innovation, and collective intelligence.

Participants will be invited to join monthly calls designed to deepen insight and catalyze emergent projects born from the retreat field.

Each call will unfold in two parts. The first half is devoted to anchoring the embodied realizations that surfaced during the retreat, supporting participants in stabilizing presence, coherence, and inner alignment. The second half opens a generative space for collaborative focus groups—nurturing retreat-inspired initiatives, or adjacent work, that seeks to evolve through shared intelligence and support.

This Mastermind offers a living vessel to continue harvesting the wisdom of our intentionally curated field, while drawing from the deep experience and guidance of the facilitation team.

It is both a container for integration and a launchpad for visionary action.
